Hello, I am in the process of returning a kitchen item that shorten my power. The listing stated used but excellent condition. I assumed it worked. Anyway I msg seller through ebay and after abit of running around from him, he stated to return and refund will be given. Today he states that i 'need to contact ebay' to which i stated 'that only happens after 3 days if no solution is met'.
Can someone advise me as to what to do? Should I still send it off today on the basis he stated refund will be given? Or should i hold off due to him playing silly buggers? I am cross that he can't see that i will be out of pocket by $40, in having to mail it back on top of selliing me a dangerous product. I am keeping calm anyways-any feedback would be great. cheers r

If you haven't already opened a not as described dispute then do so now. If the item is not as described then it is the seller that has to pay return postage. If they buyer doesn't send you a postage label then ring ebay and tell them. They will refund you if the seller doesn't comply.

If you have already received it then you don't need to wait, just open an item not as described case.

Postage label if you get one will have the sellers address details on it and all you do is stick it onto the item/package you are returning
