you need to take a breath and stop randomly posting all over the threads and contact ebay by phone.

Chances are, looking at their feedback left for others, they probably don't want the item anyway, so not sure what all the panic is about.

Letting anyone in the future know if in similar circumstances, contact the seller right away I had by going to classic site logged in nto my account obviously, and not as guest, go into my messages and along the aide was find and contact people, I had to RE track down the same book and seller (I got a couple of the wrong people before the right one) they explain the situation of where it had infavt been resold because paypay or something didn't do the payment and let them know properly.. So I've now been refunded.. Well 5 days untill my money is back

Paypal refunds don't take 5 days.   It sounds like the seller is stringing you along.

Make sure you don't close any disputes until you have the refund.

Totally agree, they don't take 5 days. The seller is full of it. I got a message this afternoon from a seller Mr Tippy bought something from apologising that the item was out of stock. They had refunded and sent a cancellation. I saw the message 15 minutes after the message arrived and the money was already back in my PayPal account. Yes, I accepted the cancellation. I couldn't see the point in hitting the decline option.
