I have bought and payed for an item this friday (9th) and received mail that it is shipped by china mail. today i try to find the shipment and i get the answer China Post has not received parcel#. i try to find and contact seller but i find out that he is no longer registered user. He had feedback 203 and 99.4%. this is the user <REMOVED>. What should i do?

That's a worry,as they are stating that it will be sorted within 60 days,(by which time you can not get any help
from PP and you would no longer be able to leave feedback).
It's a common tactic used to string you past both,
