Same thing's happening on 2 computers, I've done the cache/cookie thing and rebooted...........grrrr

It will eventually go through but frustrating anyway.

An interesting twist on this problem, it appears that it may be ID specific somehow.

Any ideas anyone?

Re: problems with "watch list" and firefox.

Finally it looks like it's fixed Stalks, only took 10 days..............

The good thing is I now get the choice of the old or the new format, the old if I go through my original watchlist bookmark and the new if I use the link in "my ebay"...................

Re: problems with "watch list" and firefox.

Don't think it is firefox, changed browsers and it still happened. watch list when it does come up has a different layout, so cannot transfer items into different folders either.

Re: problems with "watch list" and firefox.

I haven't had the problem back since last thursday, I emailed CSR and they said it's a known problem that affects some members only.

Perhaps if you email them or phone them they can look into your account and fix the problem.

You can always go into ebay.com and access your watchlist from there - it'll give you the old format - since mine's been "fixed" I can access the old watchlist through my original bookmark, or the new one from the drop-down on "my ebay".

Re: problems with "watch list" and firefox.

Yes I know this is an old thread, but that's just the point. This has still not been fixed, even though it would be costing eBay money, when bidders don't get to their list in time.

I just cleared my cookies and restarted the computer.

Went to eBay

Watch list came up (slowly)

Selected Ended items

got the error message

Selected All items

got the error message!

Of all the sites I use, the one that gets money from me is the only one with a problem!

Yup, been happening here for a long time now, refresh about 20+ times, maybe see what I am watching. Thought was Java but no, tried Cyberfox, same issues. We have 4 computers on the go at same time, all same issue, running windows 8.1 64bit all updates

Re: problems with "watch list" and firefox.

Is it just your watch list, or all ebay?

You can access your watch list through ebay.com

If your pages are slow to load, it's all the ads on ebay.
