purchase history

I purchased an item through Ebay but when I paid for it , it said I was dealing with Ebay Commerce Australia. Now it does not show  that I bought it in my Purchase History. I cannot start a return or refund because of this. Ebay help will not connect me with an agent because it not showing in my Purchases. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Is it possible you werent signed in, and purchased as a guest, or even another account.

Check the email you would have received

You will need to follow the information for purchasing as a guest, if that is what happened

Yes, it will say that is who you were dealing with, since buyers 'pay eBay' and eBay pays the seller
