Paid fully with paypal global shipping included item posted good communication with seller then asks for $10.00USD more for

shipping I paid $25.90 USD with paypal attached to the headphone cost WHATS GOING ON?I told the seller I paid what was asked

this purchase has had no problems with extremely good communication from seller

Ebay do not have any contact email on MY EBAY for this issue

You have to be a bit more informative with your details if you want someone to address your problem.

who is requesting more money? If it's the Pittney Bowes global shipping company then don't pay get your seller to sort it out.

If you don't get anywhere with the seller open up a paypal dispute for item not received and get your money back.Then leave appropriate feedback explaining what happened.

I received the Grados the package was sent by Pittney Bowes where the $25.95 was sent The seller had sent them to the Global shipping people he has not communicated this fact. I have taken photos of the parcel with the addresses clearly shown including the sellers ( I peeled off the stickers I presume were placed on the sellers address by PITTNEY) I attach this to the email telling him item received and hope no negative feedback is forthcoming!

OK, so you've received the item you purchased, that much I understand, but who is actually demanding that you pay an extra $10 for shipping? Is it the original seller, or Pitney Bowes?

Either way, as you now have your item, and bearing in mind that it is against eBay policy to demand additional postage over and above that which was listed, you are quite within your rights to completely ignore any demand for extra payment, regardless of who sent it.

if it is the seller demanding extra money, leave them negative feedback then forget about it as there is nothing more they can do. If it's Pitney Bowes, just ignore them, as the same applies.

Sellers can't leave buyers negative feedback, so don't worry about that.
