Yes I have had a couple of local pickups, just as easy to give them a few dollars off when sorting the change or whatever if they pay cash.
If they paid by paypal then you could give them a some cash back.
It would be all too hard to make changes to the payments on line.
You will just have to wear any difference with the eBay/PayPal fees.
It is all about good Karma...............of which there is not too much around eBay at the moment.
