I recently had a non payment (a first), it was for a very small amount
(less than $10) so I just waited to see what would happen.It has now

Yes I agree a few more details would need to be sorted as you mention.If
the item required preparation for freight shipping then that would have
to be taken into account.
Quite simply because a low price item would cost more to post or ship
