refund and return

Hi,

I purchased a bag from a seller and It wasn't described as it really was. So when I received it, I was surprised at the item and angry at the fact that the parcel was just put into a letter box and I had to pay her postage to me because she didn't put any postage.  So what happened to the $10 for postage? To me, that is theft.

So I messaged her a few times and no reply. 

I started a return claim and I printed a return label to post back to her.  My surprise was that the return was done with Toll and Australia Post. 

I even had a hard time trying to get Toll to understand me that I had a parcel that needed to be dropped off somewhere and eventually they came and picked it up.

The tracking number was not recognised when I had to put it into the tracking section on the returns page. 

So eBay cancelled the request and she has her bag and I didn't get my refund. Plus she stole postage from me because I had to pay an extra $6.  It's only a small refund but that is besides the point.  

I've done the right thing and eBay obviously haven't.

Go to the Help link at the top or bottom of the page, then scroll to the bottom and click on contact us. Then select any option that remotely resembles your issue until you see the option to chat to ebay. Some options will show chatting with the automated assistant, which is a computer. I normally click on Buying, then How Buying Works and that gives the other option of Chat With Us, which is where you can chat with a human. 

 

Politely tell them the issue you are having. If you don't have any success with the person you are speaking to, ask to speak to a supervisor and explain to them.

refund and return

Don't understand return label being toll and AP,  what is the tracking number, so we may be able to  figure out what happened.

As for the item, the item specifics stated unbranded, as such the item does not need to match any specific brand specifications.
