The transaction date was in January? O gospodi, that gives a worse situation for entirely different reasons.

What was the EDD for your order? (The latest Estimated Delivery Date.) You have only 30 days from the latest EDD to be protected under the eBay MBG. I am guessing that the EDD has come and gone… but can you confirm that?

You are PROBABLY out of time for protection under PayPal; it’s exactly 180 days from the date of transaction. Check that date as a matter of urgency, and if you’re under 180 days from the date of the transaction (date when you paid), then you can still open a PayPal claim.

I bought from Russia 2 weeks before the war started. I waited 5 months and then claimed my money back through Paypal. They took about 30 seconds to grant me a refund. This had to be done within 180 days of expected delivery or purchase date, I can't remember which.
I did not bother trying an ebay claim
