Do you have grounds to return an item if the title is wrong but the description is correct? For example, if the title says 'genuine real leather', but the description says its PU leather (plastic fake leather).
if you bought the item from the title description, is that a good enough reason to refund?

IMO that should be enough reason to return it. The title is often what gets people to jump on something.

I think it is definitely worth a not as described claim as such a title is misleading.
However, in future, always fully read the description as well as any title. It is madness not to.

As far as I know, Denmark and New Zealand are the only two countries that have banned PU Leather from being classed as Genuine Leather. Australia has no regulations on what constitutes leather, Genuine or not.
For the rest of the world, Genuine Leather, refers to any leather product, including PU Leather and generally refers to the lowest class of leather.
PU Leather is made from Split Leather (suede), with a Poly Urethane coating and as such, for most countries, is recognised as Genuine Leather
