brough an item toll to wait  up to 30 days the cost of the item dozn,t matter

still haven,y got it no refund and paypal couse the dispute and ebay washer there hands of it because

 the payment were made though paypal far out who ready doz get the money at the end off the day like i said not happy.

if it is 45days from the payment thru paypal, just log into your paypal account to open a dispute, escalate that to a claim and you'll get your $$ back.

if it is more than 45days, then you can only be cross at yourself for forgetting to open the dispute within the 45days money back free insurance claim.

dont get angry at ebay and paypal, work WITHIN the system and you are guaranteed a refund

If it is more than 45 days and you funded the payment with your CC you can see if your CC provider will do chargeback.  Or you could ask the seller for refund and tell them that if you do not have the money back within 48 hours you are handing the matter over to the police "on line fraud" squad. 

But most importantly learn how eBay and PP works.  Never let it go past about 42 days to open PP dispute; you then have another 20 days to escalate to claim.
