The item , on your webpage it states $12 Delivery , but further down the page it show post code that will be charged and we do not live in the areas for cost of postage , so What is it free or is your web page given false information. Darryl

You will need to contact the seller and ask them to explain

Hugely unlikely they will happen to read here, where you are not allowed to name and shame

Or learn how such listings work, Sounds like they postage is based on the buyer's postcode (exactly like it states)

Not sure how they are 'ripping off sellers' (think you mean buyers)

In any case, don't like the postage you are required to pay, don't buy

Wow you like buying from sellers with feedback down in the gutter.

Best you ask the seller.

I can't see the details of the ad ( mod has been in) so i don't know where it was saying $12, but when in doubt, always check. Check that it can in fact be sent to your area and what the postage cost would be.

Springy, seller is in China and has horrid feedback

I don't know why someone would want to buy from them in the first place (especially when they seemingly wanted to buy, but say they are ripping people off)

Let alone be surprised if there is an issue with a listing

And then again, there is the eBay box to insert postcode to get postage rates to your area

How very odd. The Chinese sellers usually seem to have dirt cheap postage and I have never seen a postcode insert on any of them, but then again, I don't look at many ads from China. Maybe it is a heavier item or something or something shipped from a warehouse here. No idea.

Darryl, do you live in a more remote, country area? Often they can incur higher postage costs.

In any case, when in doubt, don't. Just move on to another seller with a similar item, where the terms of sale are clearer.

I don't know

The whole thing looked dodgy as to me, personally

A mess of junk with only stock photos, hugely random postage prices (some with free postage) or postage amount like $41.17

I did not go into looking at things like if they were dropshipping etc

But certainly not a seller many of us here would even dream of supporting
