... because ebay will not respond and you are not going to get any help or satisfaction
unless it's through PayPal
but if you paid on your credit card or direct debit, you're screwd
... the first time you will hear form anyone is after the period any action can be taken
they let you know you got scammed (in a polite way, using nice words ... leaving a bitter taste in your recently scammed mouth)
sorry to be the messenger with the bad news ... it is what it is
suck it up fellow princesses

How do you mean eBay 'will not respond'
Are you saying you opened and followed through with the appropriate dispute and eBay sided with the seller?
Nope, a bank charge back is the last resort (after first trying an eBay dispute, and if that fails a PayPal dispute)
Not sure what you mean by
the first time you will hear form anyone is after the period any action can be taken?
You know what the estimated delivery date is, if an item does not arrive, you open and follow the dispute no later than 30 days after the last date
No need to keep contacting the seller. no need to play games with the seller, no need to wait for the seller or eBay to reply to anything. The buyer escalates the dispute
I won't be sucking anything up, nor am I a princess
eBay is all about the buyer, so why are you telling buyers not to bother following policy?
To add
You have not left these sellers any neg feedback
Most of the sellers who have 'recently' left you feedback have shocking feedback, but you buy anyway
How can you tell others to take care when you clearly do not care who you buy from?

Your post is a bit puzzling as I looked at your feedback left for others and from what i can see, you have had mainly good experiences over the last 200 transactions.
There are some recent purchases in the last month where you haven't left feedback yet, so I guess you are talking about those. If so, you are probably (hopefully) in time to make an ebay claim.
It is true, there are some bad sellers on ebay. Sellers who consistently cancel sales or who try to fob off customers if there is a complaint. Maybe they say they'll send another item and before you know it, the period in which a customer can make an ebay claim has passed but no replacement ever arrives.
You say they let you know you got scammed, in a polite way. From what I have read, the more common practice is they just stop communicating with the buyer at all once the 30 days have passed.
If you are going to continue to use ebay, you need to get yourself up to date with how you can get even.
You don't need to contact ebay in messages. If something goes wrong-either you don't receive an item by the due date or it is faulty or not as described in the ad, you don't need to contact the seller. Ebay might suggest it but don't bother. Just go straight into an ebay claim, it is all automated, you can do it in seconds.
The seller then has a limited time in which to fix it. Don't let them fob you off, just insist on a full refund, nothing else.
You have 30 days after an item arrives in which to open a claim against the seller. Do it today if you can. for any of the sellers who have let you down.
Plus really check out the feednack of any seller before you buy. If they have a lot of negatives over the same sorts of issues, just move on to another, better seller. And always try to stick with Australian sellers, easier.

Adding…
Once you have opened the eBay claim when an item has not arrived by the latest EDD (Estimated Delivery Date), or has arrived but isn’t as described, seller usually has 3 business days to satisfactorily resolve the issue. That is, after 3 days the option to ask eBay to step in should appear within your dispute.
Activate that option if seller hasn’t offered full refund (inside the dispute) for INR (Item Not Received) … or full refund on return incl return postage for SNAD/INAD (Item Not As Described/Significantly Not As Described).
Don’t let the dispute time out. If no resolution within the dispute, the resolution will close after 21 days without your getting any refund unless you escalate.
