what is going on with shipping program , as far as l can tell my parcel has been sitting at erlanger for 7 days waiting to bee picked up by fedex . which has been ther international carrier..or is the tracking not updating .. l have numerous parcels overtaking this item....to whom do l adress my concerns ?? pittney ? or fedex .or usps ...

Parcels can sit in Erlanger for up to a week while Pitney Bowes repack it and do the customs paperwork.

It can also mean that it will not be shipped....what is the item in question?
