what is going on with shipping program , as far as l can tell my parcel has been sitting at erlanger for 7 days waiting to bee picked up by fedex . which has been ther international carrier..or is the tracking not updating .. l have numerous parcels ...

my parcel has been sitting at erlanger for a week now and hasn't been picked up by thier international carrier .. which is fedex l presume . wondering why and to whom l would adress my questions too ??
