i bought an item from a seller loated in NSW
waited and waited but it didnt come
finally tracking says 'not known at address returned to sender'
well i know my postlady well and this item sure never came here.
so i contact the seller advising them of the situation
a couple of days pass and i get a message my items been delivered
really? no of course it hadnt.
so i check the tracking and yes, it had been delivered TO AN ADDRESS IN NSW!
so once again i contact the seller explaining it was not delivered to me (i live in south australia)
a couple of days pass and the seller sends me a poorly worded reply (english is not his best language)
complete with a copy of the delivery information
telling me i should visit my neighbours and local post office
i write back and say 'how about you check my address in south australia
then see you sent it to the wrong address
but i get ignored
so finally i contacted ebay about it and after looking into it the agent advised me to open a INR case
which i have done
i also wrote to the seller again pointing out he sent it to the wrong address
and to please refund me
to which i get the same message 'we send it it delivered, here is the tracking'
i know i'll get my money back but geeze, hes going to have to refund so why make me any angrier
hes going to get honest feedback now for sure

Ohhhh boy.
"Everywhere like such as."
That whole thing was embarrassing.
@davidc4430, whatever happened to your parcel, it can't possibly be as clueless as that.
On another note, k1ooo-slr-sales, it is good to see you again.

Chances are, you won't if the tracking says delivered. You might find the dispute closes as soon as you open it.

oh really, so if everything i sell i mail to myself i will get to keep the item and the money?
yes i can see that working

yes, it was delivered
just not to my address in south australia but to an address in NSW
the tracking shows that
i have spoken to an ebay representative and he told me to do a INR as he could see what has happened
did this seller do this on purpose?
i dont know
it was most likely sloppy house work, he sells a lot of new items in the cheap imported made in china line
i only bought from him as he was the cheapest australian based seller with the item, could have paid less by buying from a china based seller but hoped this would get me the item quicker (no luck there)
going by the was he writes in messages english is not his first language
he has now admitted 'something went wrong' with my order
but still no refund
luckily its under $20 so i'm not sweating about it
its just really anoying he doesnt just do the refund (or offered resend the item if he has another)
i would have been happy either way
but now hes put me to so much trouble i just want my cash back so i can try with a different seller

You say you bought from an Australian based seller well I doubt that and I'm positive this seller won't be punished by ebay as they're untouchable it's one of the tricks they have up their sleeves.

I know I'm not who you asked, but if they send through certain methods like UBI, yes, all the time.
