I bought a printer, but I can not pay until the seller and me a total that including the freight cost. I have tried to contact the seller numerous times but not getting any response.
What should I do in this situation?

Unfortunately you can't force a seller to sell to you.
And if you leave a negative feedback the seller may have it removed.
I'm not sure if you are a new member or not going by your score but my advice to you is that
you just wait and see if the seller responds and if they don't then just move on as it's not worth
the stress.

It's incorrect to say you "bought a printer". You haven't yet bought it; you've not paid for it (obviously) and you've not even received any confirmation that you wish to buy it. And because of that, your question takes on an entirely different meaning. As the others have already said, what you're trying to do in effect is force the seller to enter into a contract with you. However, this can't be done. I suggest you forget this potential purchase, move on, and look for another seller with the same printer. Good luck.

Contract is entered when I clicked on buy it now. The buyer agrees to pay and the seller agrees to sell at the item at the buyer it now price.

How about ringing the seller? His phone number is available to you through ebay contact information.
Maybe he has a BIG problem and hasn't had time to get back to you;
for example in our area we know several people who have lost their internet for the last week due to some NBN changes.

its possible your sellers modem or computer died.
a modem could take more than a week to replace. i'm with telstra and the last one they replaced took more than a week. i waited a day before calling to try to get connected thinking it was an area outage only to discover my modem had failed.
if a computer dies and you dont have a back up you could be offline for weeks.
just a couple of reasons sellers or buyers are unable to comunicate.
i dont have a wonder phone either.

He is a big seller with hundres of items actively listed and new one items getting listed everyday. I dont' why he isn't responding, but he's internet works fine.
Anyways, negative feedback left. If that gets his attention and he respond, apologises and completes the transaction, then I will revise it back to positive if he send me request. In the meantime I'll be looking for another printer. No going to waste my time anymore on this seller.
