unauthorised payment

Hi, just noticed in my junk folder of my email account 2 messages from Paypal advising me of unauthorised payments to 2 Ebay members. Anyone know what's going on here? Thanks for your help.

I received one of these myself this morning.

Its a bit worrying re its a REAL item number & a REAL ebay PS.Just wonder if its the same seller being targeted by a scammer?

I've NEVER bought from them,I know that for a fact as have never bought tools or home handyman stuff.

looks like the one I got today; also never dealt with them.  Last year it was a ladder or certain dress with flowers that everybody was getting this sort of message about.
