you have no protection , believe me....I was robbed by <removed> but no one cares as he sells heaps and heaps of stuff on ebay...they love him even though he is a thief!! a liar!! and a com man.....but ebay loves him as he makes money for them!!

Yes well from looking at the seller's feedback, they have had over 1000 negatives left in the last 12 months. I guess it pays to check this sort of thing first maybe?

Not forgetting that the OP probably didn't read the caveats on buyer protection. Like the 45 days bit.

But that's not their fault.....
