what can i do when the seller won't refund????

I recently bought the seeds wroth $65 but i never receive any seeds and the seller won't respond at all , how can i get my refund when the seller just ignore !!!!!????

I found out few days ago and i did send them email because i felt bad but again as i do not know and was not have any information at the time when i bought.

When i wanna buy something from ebay , i just checking for what i want and paid for it then i leave the computer and when i wanna check about the item i just went to purchase history and check it those items been posted yet and come back to leave feedback when i received the items, same here i dont have any answer from the seller and have not been post so i checking what have on ebay and tried maybe i found the answer or the way to fix it , yes it is very bad to someone to have to go to something like this but again noone know everything.

OP --- Sound Advice -  If you are still waiting, mesage the seller and wait at least 48 hours. If no reply, open a INR dispute with paypal.  To all of you who are going to shout and scream about the new mum and dad and buuby (just like I did) in all fairness, it has been a while and if you are running a business all should not grind to a halt coz a bub has arrived. And, let's face it, are we not always reading on these boards that we have heard every excuse known to man??? Never know??? Just open the dispute now, you can always close if and when you ever get your seeds.

Koala, it is a bit more than a new baby....it was an emergency C-section and premmy twins.

I cannot remember now what date was on the message as to when they would post.

Perhaps wait till that date has passed and then message them....no reply and a dispute at once.

See your point Lyndal - still.....a story is a story.... I would just be a little wary and keeping an eye on things.

You have 45 days to place a dispute. If you dont get an answer just place a dispute to cover yourself. I did..glad i did..mine was a scam.
