what can you do to a company that dose not honour their faulty product

I purchased a stereo from a company in january and it did not do all the operations that it advertised. I did the right thing and approached the company (photos and emails) and they said "we will look into it". 6 months later absolutely nothing forthcoming,how do i force them to fix their problem!!

You only have 30 days in eBay to open a case for INAD and 180 days in PayPal.

Try in PayPal as you may just be within the deadline.

I wouldn't have waited more than a month.

And buying electronics from a B&M store is always advisable for this exact reason.
