What scheduled date are you talking about? if you are taking about the date in ebay listings then it's only an estimate. don't count on that date.

If you are not talking about that date then you need to be more specific.

You wait, sometimes there are delays in the postal system.

7-10 days within Australia and 20-30 days from overseas. (China can be 4-5 weeks)

If it hasn't arrived by then, contact the seller and ask if they have a tracking number.

You have 45 days to open a case if you paid by PayPal.

As already stated it's only an estimated date of arrival, but don't forget that under your Buyer Protection policy, you only have 45 days from the actual purchase date in which to lodge an "Item Not Received" dispute with Paypal.

If your item still hasn't arrived by around the 40th day, lodge an INR dispute with Paypal and you will get your money back, but if you let that 45 days expire without lodging a dispute, you will probably never see your item or your money again.
