That is the new click and collect service which ebay are piloting at the moment with selected sellers. I am not sure if it has gone live yet.
My understanding is that it will show on the listing near the postage and payments section.

i always thought click and collect was from a stores own ebay store only. eg Dick smith items picked up from dick smith. In which case I cant see the point of buying from Ebay store if you are going to the store anyway.
Though that article sounded like you could have any sales directed to your loal woollies store like a postal service...
Very unclear, can't see woolies being the new AP collection outlet

This is a new service being piloted by ebay where the customer can direct the parcel be sent to their local Woolies store - yes it is a bit like an alternative postal service.

I wonder what's in it for Woolworths?
Something tells me it is going to cost big bucks.
If AP can charge couriers other than their own $11+ to leave parcels at the PO I don't imagine Woolworths will let them off any cheaper.

From the article
"The click and collect service promises to boost online sales at eBay by giving shoppers more options for taking delivery of their orders. It could also boost physical sales at Woolworths because customers usually buy additional items when they pick up online orders from bricks and mortar stores."

Lyndal - I assume Woolies see it as a way of getting customers into their store.....if they come to collect a parcel in theory I guess Woolies will be hoping the customer then does a bit of shopping at the same time.

Hmmm!! Time will tell.
How often in the past has ebay only told half the story?

Supercheap has click & collect on Ebay http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Castrol-GTX-High-Mileage-Engine-Oil-15W-50-1-Litre-/221679471728?pt=LH_De...
Perhaps Woolworths will be similar, because with Supercheap you can decide which store to choose from.
