where have you concealed the link to enable a buyer to request a refund ?

The boards are a member to member facility. They have nothing to do with the eBay site and nobody here has hidden anything.

 

If you wish a refund, for a reason that eBay support, then you should actually use the facility that eBay provides.

 

Help and FAQ should probably be your first point of call. Especially FAQ, as you don't seem to understand how eBay works.

HI there. Sorry to hear of your issue. How long ago did you purchase the item?

 

You could go to the below link,

 

https://www.ebay.com.au/myb/PurchaseHistory

 

then to More Actions to the right where you use the drop down to get the Contact Seller option. You can click on I received an item that wasn't as described

That should bring up the below. You can then click on the request a refund link as per below.

 

  • What can you do if the item arrived damaged, is not as described, or is missing parts?
    If there's something wrong with the item, don't worry. Just  Request a refund. We'll keep track of your request so you can get the item you ordered or your money back.

Don't worry. Many folks have issues with finding this. I hope that this is right for you.
