So open a store. Or cease trading on eBay and keep your unfair Paypal perks. You don't have anything I want, so it makes no difference to me.
For the majority of eBay sellers, my points are valid.

To very few users, as attested by many respondents. I don't have a problem. MP will cost me 2c, at most per transaction. Overall I won't lose any money, or might make a couple of cents.
I don't tend to need to refund, except for overpaid postage on purchases of multiple items. Which are revenue-neutral. And neither eBay nor Paypal refund fees for partial refunds, the subject of this thread.

After all the posts regarding eBay with the fee refund basically all you need to do is just ask them for the Fee Refund that's associated with buyers refund that you send back, that's how we do it and EBay refunds us I'm sure they will assist you as well

Unlikely. And I wouldn't spend the hours to do it. Especially for a $6 postage refund (the alleged subject of this thread). I can think of far better ways to recoup 72c. MY costs for a $6 partial refund.
You might have more time than money - I prioritise what is relevant.

For you. Not for us plebs. So your experience definitely doesn't relate to general experience.
Or do you think we are lying? That we do get fee rebates for Paypal refunds? From eBay and Paypal for partial refunds?
Open a new account and see what us plebs get. YOUR experience is in no way the general experience of eBay sellers being paid through Paypal.
