Why am i getting a message item delivered when it hasnt

why have I got a message my item was delivered when I have not received it and it is not due to arrive for another 10 days  ??

I can't answer your question but I suggest you contact the seller or ebay - there may be a solution why you got that message.

The reason is that when the seller prints out a shipping label, it automatically registers on eBay that it has been posted.

Is the item by any chance coming from the USA or the UK?   Is the seller using the GSP?

If the seller is using the GSP the item will show as delivered when it arrives at the Pitney Bowes depot for processing for on shipping to Australia.  When handed to the international shipping company it will probably have a new tracking number.
