It's a way to list items which aren't silk, by using silk in the term. So a shoddy sales tactic.
Google "ice silk viscose" and a lot of items will come up.

A Viscose fiber like rayon - usually knitted (ie: fragile) - from 95% to 99.5% celulose depending on source material, whether cotton, wood etc.
Comfortable wearing. Lighter colors stain easily.
Wash in neutral pH detergent no hotter than 40C. Strong alkaline will damage it.
Sunlight can harden the fibers.

Yeah, I nearly bought an item made in Ice Silk, cos the listing had 100% in it
So search for 100% silk brought this item up, and it is deceptive the way '100%'
is put in the description.
I think deliberately as it looks like its 100% silk
But there is NO silk in ICE silk at all!!!
Watch out folks!
I'll modify my search, ( silk -ice'
