Looks like AHHA hand painted.
Anne Neil and Steve Tepper are ahha design.
They are West Australian artists/designers based in Fremantle who work in collaboration and individually. Their practice is a diverse one in terms of their approach, the scale of work undertaken, their material and fabrication processes and the scope of work.

Hiya Its actually reading A 4 4 A with 2 entwined initials maybe CP. one on top of other.
