We're pretty good here. I went to the Sculpture by the Sea between Tamarama and Bondi yesterday with three girlfriends.  They also shouted me lunch at Bondi Icebergs for a recent birthday I had.  We had a balcony table with a view over Bondi Beach and all the surfers on their boards. I've never been there nor Tamarama and have only ever driven through Bondi. Quite an overcast day and lots of walking plus up & down steps but still a lovely day.  The sculptures were 'interesting'. Some were brilliant and many simply strange to say the least. As a result of all the walking, my calf muscles have siezed up on me and I'm dreading every step I take today. 😞  

OH & I went to Wenty Park this morning. Really should have been resting my legs but it was great to see Lesley, Fi & Pip. Didn't find anything worth showing off.  No pottery for my collection but Pip probably beat me to it anyway as I was walking so slowly. :^O  Got a gorgeous tie-dye dress for Zara, some books and a couple of DVDs.  Also I got a lovely gift from Lesley. :-x

Nice one Mon, good to hear that you and Miss Linda are both doing well.  I guess we will all be hanging out for the 1000 snipe, 97 to go.  Who would of thought when this topic was started that it would still be going and quite strongly as well.

I better help Wilma along to the 1000 snipe and start posting here again.

Don't have too many good days with my eyesight. Having an Angiogram on Friday to find out what the lump behind my left eye is. On the 6th December I'll get the cataract of my right eye removed. Hopefully after that I'll be able to get new glasses and some reasonable sight again.

Just old age catching up. Nothing really to moan about. I only get niggley with myself when everything goes blurry. Impatient old chook, that's me.:_|

Have to tell you that I can't count, what I saw in the nesting box was the mother bird and one, that's right one, baby.  Neil managed a pretty good photo today, will post it when the camera has been downloaded, hopefully tomorrow.
