Leonie, I hope Apple improves and doesn't have to go back to hospital. He sure is a worry.

Miss L, that's great to hear Les is improving. I hope he continues to do so. Keep inside and out of those storms too.

We've had a week of rain and hopefully it has finally stopped. We have Zara for a sleep-over tonight, she's so easy to have around as she loves her sleeps. 🙂

Miss Linda, good to hear Les is slightly improved, and yes, small improvements really do cheer you up, i know.

Mon, Vic's doing OK. The surgeon and the neuro-oncologist both agree to let things be for at least a few months, no more appointments with either of them till end of March next year.... now to get his other steroid drugs on even keel and we' ll be fine for the big pack up.
(seeing those Doctors in next 2 weeks),
Yes, we've started, slowly but a few things gone to the Stamp Auctioneers, a few bits and pieces going up on eBay, cpl bags off to the Op Shop, even put a few things in the bin!~!.... small steps but we'll get there....Vic is very positive about the move now, so that's the biggest hurdle.

You're right Lyndel, Vic's acceptance will make it so much easier. How long have you lived there?

Les is getting his central line out today, he just rang me, scared the daylights out of me, haha, he is getting better.

Hi missllinda, that is good news, your scare certainly was a good one, one step closer to coming home.

Thankyou everyone for your concern and best wishes for Apple. We had another quick trip to the hospital last night for more pills at least he came home and didn't have to stay. He is feeling much better now and we will head back to local doctor tomorrow for another check up.

had top go and see a psychologist ( vocational assessment today and a psychiatrist, all at the insurance companies insistence and my brain feels like it needs to melt. This is the 3rd on. Blew my top at the psychologist.....well I was nice for the sake of niceness. Even Mr yamada came out saying what stupid question. Asked as a general nurse what did I do..........that was 20 years ago. I said google it. I have never come so close to smacking someone who I would consider intelligent but was being stupid.

Oh Singing I so understand how you feel, seen it done to Les, many years ago. You stay strong, you will prevail.

Les is coming home tomorrow, lots of aids and help from Palliative Care, District Nurse, we will all be very happy to have him home.
