I think this IWC watch is a fake

I have never come across this brand before. I did some googling but the thing that makes me think its a fake the most is the plastic on the inside plus the corrosion . A friend gave this to me knowing i am an occassion ebay seller but i said this is not my field. I didnt realise these watches go for thousands. So opened it and it doesn't look quality to me. Not that i have even bought a watch since the 80's probably and never seen a real high end watch close up

Apparently Becker and IWC collaberated on a special edition in 2005.  Only 250 of the genuine article released.  Dial should be

dark Green  with green crocodile leather band.
