It’s one of the quieter boards here…

In fact, it’s so quiet that you could hear a wooden nickel drop.

Probably won't happen until the Coronation.

Codenamed “Operation Golden Orb”, the service at Westminster Abbey is set to be a much shorter and less costly affair than his mother’s coronation was in 1953.

Not only will the guest list be smaller, there will also be fewer members of the royal family present.

A more modest coronation, which is paid for by the British government, is seen as more appropriate given the ongoing rising cost of living crisis happening now in the UK.

Sometime 2023.

Interesting - Elizabeth 11 - was Coronated - 16 months after she became Queen.

Australia Post can probably make stamps depicting Charles III any time they want; the Mints will have to wait until they receive an officially endorsed royal portrait from the Royal Mint in Britain, and that won't happen until early next year at the earliest. The RAM has already announced they won't be choosing an Australian-made portrait, but rather sticking with whatever the Royal Mint supplies. Charles III is kinda busy right now and probably won't even be sitting for the portrait until after Christmas.

There's no law or tradition stating the coinage issue has to wait until after the Coronation; that's just roughly what the timing was like at all the previous coronations of the 20th century. But George V died very early in January 1936, and if Edward VIII hadn't rejected the Mint's proposed official portrait, there probably would have been Edward VIII portrait coins dated 1936 (his coronation wasn't scheduled until 1937). There were official coins in the name of Edward VIII from some other countries (such as Fiji and New Guinea) that didn't have a portrait.

I didn't mention Law or Tradition - simply having read - the Mints will continue to produce QE11 coins until such time as Charles111 are ready to go.

Currency bearing the Queen's portrait will continue to be minted and printed for months to come and into 2023, while the official portrait is being readied. And, even when Charles begins to appear to money, cash featuring the late Queen will not be recalled.

Instead, there will be a gradual replacing of older cash in circulation. Post offices and banks will follow the same replacement process they use when older coins and notes are needed to be brought out of circulation over many years.

The Coronation - probably held in 2023 - may just be around the same time.

What means coronated?

1. having or wearing a crown, coronet, or the like. transitive verb. 2. to crown (a sovereign)

Oh goodie - an argument

Is there such a word as coronated?

A person is crowned, not coronated. “Coronate” is improperly derived from “coronation,” but “crown” is the original and still standard form of the verb.

edit:  The Oxford English Dictionary does indeed include “coronate” as a verb meaning to crown, but it labels the usage rare.
