Vintage wooden hollow surfboard? - paddle board ?

Hi again,

I am hoping someone out there can help me identify this great looking board, not sure if it is a surf board or paddle board. Not sure of age or origin - I would really appreciate any help with this item or hopefully being pointed in the right direction.

Seems to be a 40's/50's paddle board

Friend had one of these, it's a paddle board.

Stand up and use a long handle paddle.
