Granny I think that little tool is for threading ribbon.

Camisole tops, petticoats etc had ribbon removed for laundry and then re-threaded.

Pair of Japanese Vases and 1 Vase has been Stapled Repair.

7 staples in total. The repair goes from the Neck to the bottom and then right around the Base. The entire repair has been alined really well 🙂
