hand painted champayne flutes

Hi all,   I have 4 of these beautiful hand painted champayne flutes that I would love to know more about. They have  gold guilded stems & guilding throughout the peacock & feathers , each 1 is a different colour..red, purple, blue & maroon. The artwork has the most amazing attention to detail. 17.5 cms high.

1980's would probably be a good guess, though they may be much newer than that.
