Thanks for the extra photos. I believe the scene is of Place du Tetre, Montmatre, Paris. There are a great many pavement artists who operate in the vicinity, selling to tourists. I really couldn't tell you from here whether it is original - others may be able to. If it is a print onto canvas, you may be able to see the individual print dots of colour if you look through a strong magnifying glass. Deciphering the signature may help - I have no idea from here, you would be best placed to do that.
