We are planning to have a new company that will sell on the ebay platform. Is it easy to transfer the ebay account (and store name, bank account) from the current company to the new company? How do I make that change in Ebay?
In the interests of protecting our buyers and sellers, and maintaining a safe marketplace, you can't sell your eBay account or change its ownership.
When you develop a strong Feedback rating and satisfy your customers, your eBay account has value. Feedback is intended to give a vew into a seller's performance, however, so we don't allow accounts to be transferred or sold.
If youโre still the owner (so itโs NOT a case of selling the old company), I think you may be able to do what you intend. But others on these boards may know from experience.
