What you need to do is open an Item Not as Described case, if you are still within the requisite timeframe.

Nobody at eBay will do that for you. It is part of the Money Back Guarantee, which you doubtless read up on when it came into existence several years ago.

You do not need a phone number for eBay (and there is'nt one)

You need to follow the correct process and open and follow through with an item not as described dispute

Communication needs to be kept to eBay messages, if you are indeed, as you say, sending the seller emails no wonder they don't answer

Either way, you don't need to wait for the seller to respond to open the dispute

You do need to open it within the time limit though
