260kg, stuck in her bedroom, who is giving her the food?

If I was stuck in my bedroom because I was 260kg not one member of my family would give me a calorie more than I needed each day to survive.

How can a family let their wife and mother get to such a state?

Sure she needs help but who keeps feeding her?

Well if that is how it is then her husband could have walked away because she can't get off the bed so if he is 100 metres down the street he wouldn't be able to hear her.
