Adam Goodes Vs the spreaders of hate

We have people spreading the hate for everyone from the PM to the disabled and refugees everyday.

Today we have Adam Goodes, who truly lived up to his name.

Sheesh. 

I lovve that people can get carried away by the word 'huge' but racism seesm acceptable. "huge" is, apparently, disgusting but "ape" or "go back to the zoo" is OK? 

And as if I was talking about her weight. If you look at the video (as I suggested) you will see she was a NORMAL weight but almost as tall as the security guard removing her.

In my opinion that makes her HUGE for a 13 year old. 

In comparison, my 13 year old fits under my arm in height and has only just weighed in at 30kg.

No. The only people that keep bringing this girl up are the ones having a go at Goodes. 

The girl made a serious error 2 years ago. One that she won't make again. Everyone put it down to her being young and vulnerable to outside influences. Eevn at the time no-one really blamed her. And if I recall Goodes supported her afterwards. No-one has hassled her since. Her own mother ssays it is all forgotten in their lives.

Personally I think she knew exactly what she was saying but she has made a heartfelt apology and Goodes accepted it and asked for others to support her.  That should have been the end of it and stop with the bullying and harassment.

this whole thing is getting beyond ridiculous.

Its not a competition of whose ancestors had it toughest and the behaviour of individuals should reflect on the individuals, not on their race or religion or gender or whatever else people choose to define them as.

Everyone has their own opinion and labelling those with a differing opinion is every bit as offensive and divisive as bigotry and racism.

But do carry on, its interesting to watch the different ways people find to hate on each other...

The Holocaust - one horrific time in history whos victims are given respect and reverence.

Modern Day Indigenous discrimination - continuous since the day we settled here and is systemic, unrecognised, ongoing, relentless, silient.

i took it as a response to lobs211 asking

if  her ancestors were subjected to similar

atrocities.  she gave an answer, thats all.
