We have people spreading the hate for everyone from the PM to the disabled and refugees everyday.

Today we have Adam Goodes, who truly lived up to his name.

I'm curious about how that makes it acceptable to abuse others who had absolutely nothing to do with the situation?

Yes, because it's news. It was broadcast last night for all to see and needs to be addressed (as it has) in order to try and stop this kind of behaviour by ALL races.

I also don't get the attitude. It doesn't matter which race does it, it is unacceptable.

Sorry Nics, but any form of acceptance of racism is unacceptable and is validating the behaviour. There no degrees of it. It is, or it isn't... and Goode said it hurt more than any other past incident.
