After watching Q & A with David Suzuki....I am starting to feel kind of sorry for Alarmists....
David Suzuki also had to admit he was wrong..lol.
http://www.abc.net.au/tv/qanda/txt/s3841115.htm
"David Suzuki on the very first question is revealed as a complete know-nothing. His questioner tells him that the main climate
data sets show no real warming for some 15 years.
Suzuki asks for the references, which he should have known if he knew anything of the science.
His questioner then lists them: UAH, RSS, HadCrut and GISS - four of the most basic measurement systems of global
temperature.
Suzuki asks what they are.
Anyone interested in global warming should know right there that Suzuki has absolutely no understanding of what he is talking
about...
For Example -
Challenged from the floor by Professor Stewart Franks, Suzuki admits he might have been mistaken in claiming global warming
was causing more cyclones, which he blamed for killing the Great Barrier Reef. He blames some Australian for “suggesting” it to
him. The truth, as I’ve noted before, is easily found on the Bureau of Meteorology website:.."
Between Tim Flannery and David Suzuki, it must be very embarrassing time to be an Alarmist......lol.
Solved! Go to Solution.

In recent weeks, they've been cranking out a stream of op-eds, blogs and reports to sow doubt in the public's mind before the report is published, with no end in sight.
"
The goal is to inform the public, scientific community and media that the upcoming IPCC report doesn't have all the science to make informed judgments," said Jim Lakely, a spokesman for the Heartland Institute, a libertarian think tank based in Chicago that has been spearheading the efforts.
Interesting article Iza.... Thanks!!

No mention of carbon...a mention of mineral leases and sales, ownership of media such as al Jazeera, apple stock.
He is worth $300 million, not a billion.
If you cannot get something like that correct, how can we expect to take your views on climate change seriously?

Are you sure?....How would you know?

Al Gore Set To Become First “Carbon Billionaire”
The New York Times has lifted the lid on how Al Gore stands to benefit to the tune of billions of
dollars if the carbon tax proposals he is pushing come to fruition in the United States, while
documenting how he has already lined his pockets on the back of exaggerated fearmongering
about global warming.
.."say Mr. Gore is poised to become the world’s first “carbon billionaire,” profiteering from government policies he supports that would
direct billions of dollars to the business ventures he has invested in,” writes Broder.
Everyone else understands how Al Gore made is money....how many copies of An Inconvenient Truth were sold?......
Don't like the word Billionaire?...how about filthy stinking rich off carbon, and global warming hysteria.....lol..

Whether or not anyone made money on a serious global issue does NOT effect the issue......but a nice try at sidetracking.

Doesn't it?...Iza brought it up......lol.....However, I completely agree with her..... She has made a good point.
When individuals are profiteering from creating mass hysteria (Al Gore ) ...it .is a serious global issue........
How many billions have been spent on this hysteria..?
"..after several decades and expenditures in the bazillions, the IPCC still has not provided a convincing argument for how much
warming in the 20th century has been caused by humans...".. Judith Curry
http://judithcurry.com/2013/09/28/ipcc-diagnosis-permanent-paradigm-paralysis/#more-13142
Conclusion from the above link -
.."The diagnosis of paradigm paralysis seems fatal in the case of the IPCC, given the widespread nature of the infection and intrinsic
motivated reasoning. We need to put down the IPCC as soon as possible – not to protect the patient who seems to be thriving in its
own little cocoon, but for the sake of the rest of us whom it is trying to infect with its disease. Fortunately much of the population
seems to be immune, but some governments seem highly susceptible to the disease. However, the precautionary principle demands
that we not take any risks here, and hence the IPCC should be put down....."
I wonder how long it will take before we see the dismantling of the IPCC.....
