I can imagine, your fridge probably full of batteries for Scalextrics or Tamiyas. Smiley LOLSmiley Wink

No batteries required for Scalextric. Plugs into the wall.
They did use battery packs back prior to and in the early nineteen sixties

must admit there are a lot of AA batteries in there for transmitters. Smiley Tongue

 

and as mentioned, scalextric are powered via a plugpack from mains these days, hornby trains too.

Kind of ironic as it's supposed to be the healthy stuff.

 

It doesnt bother me though - I never buy it since I worked out it was responsible for a stint of chronic indigestion.

Looks like I’m not missing much, we frequently see rats running around in restaurants here an I haven’t been sick yet.
We’re currently in Hoi An and eaten twice at the Anthony Bourdain recommended place, first time there was a mouse running around the floor.

Well, there's a good reason to order rats from the menu - they will be fresh!
