Anyone else have trouble with the site mine is dead slow jerky and hopeless

My site is behaving as if it has a mind of its own Jumping around Dead slow and does not respond till its ready, has anyone else had this problemall the other sites work perfect,I ve cleaned ithe memory with a virus scan  checked all the settings  but it still wont operate properly

Tried Edge - didn't like it.
