Anyone else into seeking their ancestors?

I have become adicted to Ancestry.com and am lucky enough that one side of my family can be researched way back into the dim times.

The other side has hit a brick wall and I have to wait until someone else in the world may have more information.

How is everyone else going?

Nope, forget about the schoolteacher. I think they were married just before the census. For some reason I thought the census was in February, but it was April.

I have found a James Rostron and Elsia (mispelt?) married for less than 1 year, living with James parents. I think maybe thats them.

So do we think it might be the Elsie I found in 1901.....who is now married to James Roston living with James parents in 1911.

Different year of birth. Sounds right with the dad being frank though. I will just have a quick look.

Does it say where in YOrkshire she was born.

The age doesn't match the one I found....so I maybe wrong.....but there are other possibilities.

Anyone else into seeking their ancestors?

It says she was born in Leeds.

I have checked all the Elsie Lumbs born 1891 +/- 5 years and she is the only one that makes sense. Mostly because of her dads name.

There is one other that seems to be living with relatives, but she was born 1894, I think she'd be too young.

Its more likely that she lowered her age to marry than raised it, I think?

According to Freebmd there was no Elsie Lumb born in Leeds between 1881 and 1894.

But I am still looking.
