I have become adicted to Ancestry.com and am lucky enough that one side of my family can be researched way back into the dim times.

Heaps of births deaths and marriages for that area. You can also order the marriage certificate from there, but you will need to print up the order form amd post it. It does have the reference number on there which would probably help get it done quicker.

Oh, i thought you meant digger as in a soldier, but I just googled and its some kind of software? Is that right? I've never heard of it.
You can search Vic's BDM online and it costs 99c per page of results and about $17.50 for a digitised record. You can just download them.
