Muslims refuse to integrate.

What migrant integrates into ANY country they live in? They don't. They keep their own culture and share it.

Lets see: Italians, Greeks, Croatians, Serbs, French, Brits, Spaniards, Mexicans, Chinese, Japanese just to name a few have integrated into society, sharing Australian values, foods, drinks and culture.

Not possible to do the same with muslims. It aint halal enough nor sharia law compliant.

That's what being multicultural is all about.

Well UFO if we take that argument on face value that "they" don't integrate because a few radicals make a song and dance about a few issues while the rest simply get on with living then you as a spokesperson for Australia means that it's WE who refuse to integrate into multiculturalism. BTW I'm a white, atheist vegetarian who hates bar-b-ques (and that's no lie I don't fit an archaic vision of Australia, but I guess it helps I've got that European descendant look) 😛

Oh and I remember this kind of hysteria apparently occurred in the 80s with the Japanese "buying all of QLD", that "we all will be speaking Japanese by the year 2000". Didn't happen because it was America and Britain who were buying up Australia

Muslims I know have integrated about as much as my now elderly Italian parents (or any other "wog") have integrated - they follow the law, they work and pay taxes, they have bought houses and got to know their neighbours, they partake in Australian rituals, they have learnt a new language, they have bought cars, they go to the beach, their children go to schools and universities.

In return we (as in us Australians) have benefited with new foods, new customs, interesting (ahem!) architecture, more rounded knowledge about other customs.

The vast majority of muslims have "integrated" as much as any other migrants.

And isn't is lucky for us that all those migrants that have been coming here since the year dot have NOT "integrated" to become one big homogenous race.

Also explain why countries in Europe who have less muslims per ratio are less violent than countries that do, such as Australia.

As I said, the only link between all of those countries is poverty, not religion.

If as you say your parents (and others) were not treated well when they came here,

they didn't seem to react like some Muslims do.

Why?

Because it is IMPOSSIBLE.  The koran demands war against the Jews, Christians and all other infidels.

Muslims are not a race they are from a religion that demands submission, terror, war and total control until YOU submit.

Muslims can't be integrated ANYWHERE.

Why do you sympathise and say things to appease a religion that wants to kill you?  You are seen as an infidel because you haven't submitted, even worse because you're a woman, your talk is regarded 1/2 that of a man under their religion but because you're an infidel even less than that.

Anyway: Please tell me a SINGLE country on EARTH where muslims were taken in with open arms and there was no dramas?

Investigative journalism uncovers discrimination against women

In 2012, the SVT program Uppdrag granskning (Mission: Investigation) visited 10 mosques once with a hidden camera and once with a visible camera. When the representatives were aware of being filmed, they stated that they supported values such as gender equality. However, when two undercover journalists posed as Muslim women with difficulties in their marriage, the answers from the majority of the visited imams were different.

The imams told the women that they were expected to sleep with their husbands even if they did not want to, that they were to accept being beaten and strongly discouraged them to go to the police. Since about half of the visited mosques receive state or local funding, they are expected to promote basic values of Swedish society, such as equal rights between genders and to counteract discrimination and violence.
