So let's forget the apprentice jockeys who gang raped a female apprentice in Perth. - the case was in the papers only a few months before the that of lebenese rapists. and we won't even mentiont the enquiry into sexual abuse perpetrated on  females in the military forces Were those crimes not  committed by groups in a systematic way over a long period and involve such targeted girls.
