My daughter is coming back to Australia for Xmas and they are staying for the summer. So i am stocking up on some toys. My 3y.o. granddaughter loves her tea set and so I thought I get her little plastic tea set to play with while she is here, expecting to get one for few dollars. Instead everything is $50 and more?

Master 3 does like the Fisher Price one we have here more so than the others. It's teapot appears to fill and empty.

OMG that is so cute! I almost decided to get the Hello Kitty, I saw this one in a box and did not like it as much, but here it looks gorgeous!

Has anyone else noticed how many little boys are playing with tea sets?
My grandson is obsessed. I also bought him demi-tasse coffee cups &
saucers with sep. mini teapot, jug & sugar bowl. Has a teddy bear tea party

I think porcelain is bit too dangerous for 3 years old. The worst ever cut I had was when I stepped on broken porcelaine dish.

I had a porcelaine set when i was a child. Never broke a piece of it. I think i never broke any of my toys but not all kids are like that.
anyway, there are heaps there for about 15 bucks inclusive the shipping. just buy it on ebay.

Interesting, you can get tea set from UK for much less (all up) than from Australia. Anyway, I will have a look in couple more op-shops tomorrow and then some B&M shops.

i haven't seen one in an op shop, but then i don't look at the toys.
good luck.
